She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Martin Soltys; and her parents, Martin Erdmann and Bertha Erdmann. She is survived by: her children, Keith (Nancy), Stephen (Susan), Janice Black (Andrew), Pamela Perkins, Sharalyn Stubbs (late Bruce) and Carrie-Lynn Soltys Owane (Ateker); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Lori, Melanie, Douglas, Patrick, Jordan, Samantha, Edward, Rosalie, Wendy, Amanda, Sarah, Bishop and Mason; and her siblings, Alysius, Thomas, Joseph, Wilbert, Bernard, Jack, Lawrence, Gertrude Fowler, Madeline Francescutti, Viola Saccorotti LePage and Muriel Gardi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
