Jean Kozak Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2022, at the age of 96, Jean Kozak (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Kozak; her grandchild Jamie Cameron (Colleen Bell); her brother Jack MacDonald; and her sister-in-law Madeline MacDonald. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Patriquin (Michael) and Andy Kozak (Nancy Brunetta); her daughter-in-law Sophie Kozak; her grandchildren, Stephanie Karatsu (Kevin), Heather Cameron (Johnathan Wallsten), Alison Patriquin, David Patriquin, Emilie Kozak and Steven Kozak; her great grandchildren, Miya, Erin Karatsu, Makenna, Jak Cameron, Preston, Milo and Michael Gamble; her brother Jim MacDonald; and her sister-in-law Kay Dool. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
