She is survived by: her parents, Amanda Belisle and Lyndon Douglas; her siblings, Sierra Douglas, Nathaniel Whyte, Mariah Whyte and Jasmine Whyte; her grandparents, Karen and Bill Belisle (late Tim Belisle); her great-grandparents, Mary Hanuschak, Lucien Moreau, Kaarina Belisle, Octave Belisle and Mavis Smith; her aunts and uncles, Jason Belisle, Christine Belisle, Jessica Belisle (Julie), Yvette Dunken, Robert Pinnock and Farren Hallman; and her cousin Emma Belisle. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jayda's honour can be made payable by cheque or online to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
