She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Jocko and Marguerite Jocko-Sayers; her children, Crystal and Jay; and her brother Patrick.
She is survived by: her sons, Wyatt MacDonald and Dylan; her grandchildren, Harmony Buswa, Aaliyah Smith, Trinity Smith, Dylan Smith, Gabrielle Smith, Cassius Smith and Ava MacDonald; her great grandchild Jubilee Smith; her sister Kathryn; and her caregivers, Cierra, Olivia and Dr. Booth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
