It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Chartrand (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Chartrand; her son Phillip Chartrand; her parents, Frank Murray and Ethel Murray; and her siblings, Stan, Gordon, David and Mary.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Doug; her children, Randy Chartrand (Donelda), Patty Lutes (Mark), Brenda Kelley (Brad) and Kevin Chartrand; her grandchildren, Heather (Steven), Shelley (Cole), Matthew, Phylicia (Dan), Olivia (Alec), Malcolm and Miranda (David); her great grandchildren, Isla and Ezra Marsh; her sister Mabel Eddy (Don); her sister-in-law Vera Murray; and her close friend Larry Moreau. She is also survived by many extended family members, friends, and neighbors.
