With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jakob Alois Schikofsky (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on November 19, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Susan) and Vicki Bailey (Barry); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Malaya Schikofsky and Cole Bailey.
In fact, he loved it so much that he worked until COVID hit and he was no longer able to cross the border.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Sault Area Hospital Foundation or the United Way of Sault Ste. Marie, where Jack was the campaign chairperson in 1976.
