She was predeceased by: her sister Marie-Josette; and her parents, Anne Lunia Laforest and Léon Fils-Aimé. She is survived by: her children, Sabine, Steve, Ken (Pascale) and Cheryl (Jean-Patrick); her grandchildren, Tanisha, Darnell-Anthony, Keyon, Sydney, Zoé, Alexis, Anastasia, Anabelle and Isabelle; and her siblings, Micheline and Jean-Robert. She is also survived by her other nieces and nephews.
