He was predeceased by: his uncle Steve Cook (Melissa); and his aunt Crystal Marie. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff and Margaret; his brother Brad; his grandparents, Rhonda Cook, Ron Cook, Rhonda Taillifer, Rick Taillifer, Terry Devine and Heidi Devine; his aunts and uncles, Jason (Jess), Bryan (Lindsey), Kevin (late Tara), Terri Ann (Bert) and Dawn; and his cousins, Davin and Maddison. He is also survived by his godparents and many other extended family members and friends.
