We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2022, at the age of 76, Irene E. Bernard (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene E. Bernard to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Onni Koivisto and Margaret Koivisto; and her brother Paul Koivisto (Brenda). She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Crowder (Everett); her nieces and nephews, Chris Crowder, Lisa Krug, Jim and Lee Koivisto; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron, Kayden, Patricia, Britton Crowder, Kaitlyn, Emily Grasley, Braedon, Jocelynn Krug, Karsyn, Paige, Karter, Matti and Niko Koivisto; and her close friends, Anne Corcoran and Esterita Slotnick. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, as well as her many cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions to Sault Area Hospital Foundation, ARCH, or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
