She was predeceased by: her spouse Laddie Bell; her parents, Richard Carter and Irene Carter; her brother Bruce Carter (Virginia); and her siblings-in-law, Earl Bell, Eunice Stobie (late Dick) and Reg Bell (Catherine).
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Hermiston (Derek), Michael Bell (Julie), Mary Jones (Donald) and Andrew Bell (Maria); her grandsons, Kevin, Matthew (Maija), Bryan Jones, Kenneth (Wendy), Daniel Hermiston and Eric Bell; her great grandchildren, Isaac and Eleanor Hermiston; and her siblings-in-law, Elwood Bell (Anne), Connie Summers (late Larry), Patricia Taylor (Lee) and Karen Gallivan.
