She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Nelson and Olga Desrochers. She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Taylor-Running (John), Audrey Colatosti (Joe), Robert Nelson (Trudy), Darlene Cormier (Leo), Brian Nelson, Larry Nelson (Susie) and Cindy Gaber.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Heather's memory to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation Renal Care Fund.
