It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Mortimore (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Mortimore; and her grandchildren, Melanie and Robert. She is survived by: her close friend Ellwood Martin; her children, Ernie (Karen), Sandra Pigeon (Ted) and Alvin (Leona); her grandchildren, Cheryl, Carolyn, Albert and David; and her sister Addie (late Ivan). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
