He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Hart; his parents, Howard Hart and Ingeborg Hart; his siblings, Vance Hart and Marilyn Lomas; and his children, Carolyn Johnson (Martin), Kathryn Armstrong (late Bill), Elizabeth MacIsaac (Keith), Jennifer Hart, David Hart (Kim) and Andrew Hart (Brenda). He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Luke's Cathedral would be greatly appreciated.
