He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Saunders and Wilhelmina Saunders of Winnipeg; his wife Beth; and his brother Hank (late Bernice). He is survived by: his children, Gary (Nancy), David (Elizabeth), Lori (late Wally), Greg (Erin) and Janet (Stephen); his sister Marilyn Smith (late Lloyd); his friends, Sarah and Julia Taylor; and his close friend Pat Berry. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 2L9).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to the Sault YMCA , the F.J. Davey Home or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
