Geraldine Alma King Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Alma King (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on January 5, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd King; her daughter Gloria "Dorry" Slater (Gary); her parents, Max Mattila and May Mattila; her brother Jim (Jean); and her parents-in-law, George and Ellen King.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Bouchard (Jerry), George "Bob" King (Bonnie) and Sharon Caple (Will); her grandchildren, Amanda King, Robert King (Karin), Jennifer King-Callon (Jeremy), Joyce Nelles (Will), David King (Jennifer), Cathy Coffey (Jeff), Scott Slater (Jenn), Bradley Slater, Jason Ackland and Lindsey Ackland (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Stacey, Kira, Alexander, Kaelan, Noah, Mya, Joseph, Addisen, Zachary, Katrina, Mikayla, Kyle, Jordan, Rally and Trinity; her siblings, Harold (Karen), Jenny (Bill), Nielo, Helen (late Ronnie), Judy (late John) and Illa (late Jim); and her sisters-in-law, Gloria (late Jim), Mary (Wes) and Edna (late Gord). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
