With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgette Leonie Laliberte (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on February 2, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Armand Laliberte; her son Roland; her parents, Eugene Vachon and Lydia Vachon; her father-in-law Ernest; her siblings, Conrad Vachon (late Yvonne), Lucien Vachon (Rolande), André Vachon (late Ruth) and Margaret Ingram (late Don); and her siblings-in-law, Alida (Stanley), William (late Claudia), Jenny Breton (late Fern) and Philip (Jane).

She is survived by: her children, Anita O'Brien (Marty), Mike (Colleen), Arlene Kehoe, Sherry McLarty (Don), Richard (Janice) and Denis; her mother-in-law Yvonne Laliberte; her siblings, Lucia Lessard (Marcel), Robert Vachon (Pauline), Pat Vachon (late Valeria), Claude Vachon (Diane) and Rita McGonegal (late Lorne); and her sisters-in-law, Eva Baranoski (late John), Simone and Linda Tarbox (Larry).
