It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Reid (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), born in Desbarats, Ontario, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Steve (J. Smith); and his parents, Edna Reid and Leslie Reid. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Travis (Tracy), Tammy (John Cleary), Mark Trudel (Lisa Damignani) and Donna Alton (Chris); his grandchildren, Dave Reid, Christina Damignani (Matt Barbeau), Riley, Olivia and Aidan Reid; his siblings, Barbara Desaulnier (late Andy), Shirley Frazier (late Wayne), Arleen Bondarenko (Ernie), Wayne Reid (Linda) and Bob Reid (Anne); and his friend Ken Cameron. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Due to the current pandemic, there will be a private family service.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
