He was predeceased by: his parents, Barb and Ted. He is survived by: his wife Mary McMinn (Sweeney); his children, Tom (Anna) and Kim (Bowen); his grandchildren, Jordan (Willow), Justin and Brianne; and his siblings, Judy and David.

To honour Papa's deep love for his grand fur babies, memorial donations can be made to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society.
