Fred Arthur Tilson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred Arthur Tilson (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tilson and Esther Tilson (Moate); and his siblings, Dorothy Gordon, Shirley Tilson, Bonnie Tilson, Frank Tilson and Tom Tilson (Trudy).

He is survived by: his family Lorraine Tilson; his children, Cyndi Lucier (Abe Guenther), Kathie Tilson, Kevin Tilson (Janette Garrod) and Steven Tilson (Amy Gashi-Tilson); his son-in-law Stephen Lucier; his grandchildren, Aidan, Kaylee Lucier (Cyndi), Oliver, Duncan Tilson (Steven), Eva and Lucas Tilson (Kevin); his siblings, Dick Tilson (late Alice), John Tilson, Betty Doucet (late Greg) and Jean Albertson (John); and his great-uncle Freddie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions payable by cheque or online to the Canadian Cancer Society or the St. Joseph Island Free Methodist Church can be made in Fred's honour.
