We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2021, at the age of 98, Frances Elgie (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Elgie to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Richard Elgie; her son Richard (Rae) of London; and her siblings, Beth Hodkinson (late Jack) of Burlington and James Spring (late Jean) of Aurora. She is survived by: her children, Muriel Gibson (Ken) of Blind River, David (Maureen) of Sault Ste and Marie; and her grandchildren, Jamie Elgie (Bridgette), Jeannie Wolbaum (Jared), Jesse Gibson (Adelaide), Graham Gibson, Jeffrey Elgie (Megan) and Scott Elgie (Shannon). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions by cheque or online to Central United Church, the Salvation Army or Covenant House would be greatly appreciated.
