She was predeceased by: her husband Henry; and her son Wayne Viita (Nancy). She is survived by: her daughter Myra Viita; her granddaughters, Tasha Viita (Mario) and Kristen Viita; her sisters, Gil Robertson (late Ted), Theresa Maloney (late Barney) and Louise Alexander; her sisters-in-law, Eila Virene (late Thornley), Irene Waller (late Bruce), Barb Gravelle and Kay Gravelle; her siblings, Faye Gravelle, Guy Gravelle (Gwen), Vincent Gravelle (Bert), Cap Gravelle, Rene Gravelle (Bernice), Gerry Gravelle (Miriam) and Wilfred Gravelle; and her godsons, Brian Gravelle and Danny Maloney.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund or a charity of your choice.
