He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Poirier and Alice Poirier; his siblings, Bruno (Eileen), Ernie (late Marie), Roland (late Vye), Eddie (late Val), Romeo (late Shirley), Henry (late Azilda), Gerrie (late Liliane) and Theresa (Maurice); and his father-in-law Johnny.
He is survived by: his children, Marc Poirier (Diana), Jo-Anne Poirier and Richard Poirier; his wife Lucille; his sister Lucienne DelGuidice (late Joe); and his mother-in-law Béatrice Grandbois.
Due to Covid 19, a private family service will take place at St. Gregory's Church, with Father Trevor Scarfone officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent Place would be appreciated by the family (payable to or online to).
