He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emilia Spadafora and Francesco of Cosenza, Italy.; his siblings, Carmine (Rosetta), Concetta (Aldo Bosco), Anna (Giuseppe Bosco) and Mario; his aunts and uncles, Mario (Francesca), Giuseppe (Angelina), Vincenzo (Ilda), Ada Rovito (late Luigi), Silvio (Assunta), Frank (Fiorina) and Dora Occhiuto (Aldo); his nieces and nephews, Francesco (Angelina), Anna-Maria, Giuliana, Daniella (Nicola) and Matteo (Anna-Lisa); and his uncle Hector. He was also cherished by his many cousins and friends.

Memorial donations to the SAH Critical Care Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
