He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Bonnie), Peter and Perry (Jeanette); his grandchildren, David, Stephanie (Sky), Jessica (Yevgeny) and Jennifer (William); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Isaac and Clara; and his wife Hazel Kerr.
