He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Belkosky and Laura Belkosky; his siblings, Charlie (Delores) and Willy; and his siblings-in-law, Donald (Taryl) and Colleen Webb (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Madeleine; his sons, James 'Jim' (Annette), Dan (Alda) and Wayne (Geoff); his grandchildren, Cydne, Joshua and Renee; his siblings, Lorne (late Edna), Russell (late Nancy), Mary Spooner (Rheal) and Gordie (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Boudreau (late Leo), Terry Kennedy, Maureen Sauve (Danny) and John Kennedy (Cindy). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation Cancer Care Fund, ARCH or St. Veronica's Parish.
