It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Shewfelt (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Shewfelt and Mickie Shewfelt; and his sister Patricia Gail. He is survived by: his children, Jason, Jamie (Shannon), Jen Ratelle (Dave) and Deena Eddy (Eric); his grandchildren, Danielle, Lindsey, Chloe, Alicia, Caleb, Jamie and Arken; his sisters, Brenda Pettenuzzo (late Reno) and Connie Vallee (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Maki, Wendy Dumais (Ray), Pam Ayers (late Roy) and Tammy Comegna (Art). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
