Dorothy Ritchie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ritchie (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Muncaster and Gladys Muncaster; her husband Lloyd Ritchie; her siblings, Larry (Bertha), Millie Gignac (Bert), Thelma Richards (Alex), Clayton (Esther), Audrey Beharriell (Carl), Vivian Storozuk (Bill) and Linton; and her siblings-in-law, Viola Switzer (Merv), Ken and Lois Faulkner.

She is survived by: her children, Kim, Barb, Jennifer, John Kavanaugh, Larry, Laurie, Roger Keith, Amy Ritchie, David and Jill; her grandchildren, Chad, Lisa, Nick Huckson (Summer), Chris Marenger, Tara (Carter), Heather Marenger, Kevin Weatherbee, Jeff Marenger, Tyler Muller, Sage, Adam, Rebecca, Krasimir Takev, Matthew, Carli (Charlotte), Liza, Connor Nystrom, Joshua Richards, Nathan, Maddison Labine, Jordan, Jonathan and Alyssa; and her sister Eleanor Muncaster (late Marilyn Parent). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations (Made payable by cheque or online) to Alzheimer's Association of Canada or Emmanuel United Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
