He was predeceased by: his parents, William Basawa and Elizabeth Basawa; and his brothers, Lloyd Basawa, Wayne Basawa and Micheal Basawa.
He is survived by: his children, Donnie Basawa (Wendy) and Selena Stevenson (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Brennen, Keegan, Kayla, Bryson and Reese; his brother Bill Basawa (Marvel); and his friends, Bubba and Hutch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
