He was predeceased by: his wife Lena; his son Darrell; and his siblings, Maxine MacKinnon (John), Deanna Petingalo (late Dominic) and Jesse Jr..

He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Finlayson (Martin), Terri Finlayson, Christina Forest (Marc) and Karen Daynard (Danny); his grandchildren, Bobby, Brad, Chad Finlayson (Jordyn), Chaney Finlayson, Mitchell McCaig, Luc (Kathryn), Adan Forest, Michelle Murphy (Dennis), Derek (Amanda), Travis (Trisha) and Celina Daynard; his sibling Marty; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Barsanti (Emillee), Arthur Barsanti and Mary-Ann Carr (Ed). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to ARCH or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
