He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Assiginack and Catherine Assiginack; and his siblings, Henry, Freddie, Joey (Arlene), Wayne, Larry, Dolly (Bob), Mary (Dolph), Blanche (Tony), Theresa (Bill) and Janet (Russ).

He is survived by: his spouse Pat; his sons, Vince (Nikki) and Curtis (Melissa); his grandchildren, Felicia (Andrew), Landon and Ellie; his great grandchild Orion Vincent; his siblings, Shirley (late Tom), Rita (Al) and Linda (Ron); and his brother-in-law Ray.
