He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn MacKenzie; and his sister Carly Carson (late Bill). He is survived by: his daughters, Amy MacKenzie (Ronald) and Heather Ginter; his grandson Jacob; his niece Sharon Carson (Sav); and his nephew Scott Carson.
