He was predeceased by: his siblings, Armand (Brenda), Rene (Theresa) and Maurice of McKerrow. He is survived by: his wife Hélène; his children, Timothy (Catherine Schwartz) and Carey (Tyler Straight); and his siblings, Fred (Pat) of Ottawa, Ted (Willa), Linda (late Bernie Cocchiola), Denise (Rick Bona) of Sudbury, Rolly (Gwen) of McKerrow, Marcel (Kelly) of McKerrow and Larry of McKerrow. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial donations in Daniel's name to the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, Toronto General Hospital or the Princess Margaret Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
