She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lauraine Dube and Maurice Ouellet; her husband Dave; her siblings, Danielle and Denis Ouellet (Kris); her children, Jenny (James) and Kelly Chantal (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Emma, Bella, Brie and Skye; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy (Bob), Geoff (Danie), David, Meaghan, Erin, Christian and Mikayla.
In honour of Chantal's memory, the family requests that donations be made to the ALS Society of Canada (payable online or by cheque), reflecting her courageous battle and the hope for a future without this disease.
