It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Agnes O'Neill (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on April 4, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Nolan and Gladys Nolan of Timmins, Ontario.; and her brothers, Albert Nolan (Ann) and Jim Nolan. She is survived by: her husband Dr. J. Patrick O'Neill; her children, Kevin (Lynne), Bernie (Tiffany), Philip (Akiko), Barbara Roach (Darren) and Kathleen "Kathy" O'Neill; and her grandchildren, Sophie, Ben, Sean, Kyoko, Toshiro, Jack and Candace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to Alzheimer's Society or the Maple View Resident's Council.
