He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Blake Jr. (Sarah); his parents, Doug Millroy and Thora Millroy; and his siblings, Sandy Millroy (Donna), Charles-Anne Wardlaw (Greg) and Chris Millroy (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
