She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan McConachie and Laura McConachie. She is survived by: her children, Scott Fasken and Dawn Fasken; her sister Lorraine Coughlin; her nieces, Tammy Coughlin Coleman-Britton and Shawna Coughlin; and her nephew James Coughlin.
Due to COVID, no physical service will be held.
