She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Doug Dear; her children, Brian Dear (Ashley) and Linda Bain (Patrick); her grandchildren, Riley, Adam, Cameron, Elizabeth and Lillian; her siblings, Gary Wills (Bonnie) and Bert Wills (Maureen); and her siblings-in-law, Doreen Pozzo (late Jim), Lise Dear (late Frank), Judy Wheeler (late Bob), Allan Dear (Linda), Janice and Dennis Ginter.

Memorial donations may be made to the F. J. Davey Home Foundation or to the Alzheimer's Society of Sault Ste. Marie & Algoma District.
