She was predeceased by: her child Shirley Ann Kirton; her parents, Antonio Pettalia and Rose Pettalia; her siblings, Sosto Pettalia (late Marie), Sam Pettalia (late Rose), Frank Pettalia (late Liz), Rose Dyni (late John), Mary Figliomeni, Joe Pettalia (late Bea), Julie Barlow (late Dave), Peter Pettalia (late Mary) and Carmel Porter (late Joe); and her siblings-in-law, Chester Bednarz (late Sue), Mary Hansen (late Sigard) and Boleslaw Bednarz (late Sandra).

She is survived by: her husband Edward Bednarz; her daughters, Joanne Badelt (Brian) and Debbie Dunseath (Robert); her grandchildren, Sarah White, Sherri Viotto, Adam Dunseath, Travis Young, Amanda Orazietti and Jane Mason; her great grandchildren, Jaden, Lauren White, Kaden, Jaela Viotto, Tessa, Jace Young, Luca Orazietti, Jackson Dunseath, Mason and Nicholas; her caregivers, Brianna, Lisa and Monique; and her friend Anna Fronzi.

Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of SSM would be appreciated by the family.
