She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughie Lutes and Jessie Perry. She is survived by: her siblings, Derek, Cathy, Jennifer, Marie and Terri. She is also survived by relatives and family friends.

A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary's Ukrainian Church (293 St Georges Ave E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6B6E8).

In lieu of flowers, Masses requested in Anita's memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
