He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Cappelli and Maria Rosa Meraglia; and his siblings, Adao Sdao (Nello), Lina Cutuli (Mimo), Salvatore Cappelli (Rosaria), Rosa Gabriele (Luigi), Maria Fascetti (Armando), Gaetano Cappelli (Filippina), Mario Cappelli (Norina), Valerio Cappelli and Fiore Cappelli (Fiorina).
He is survived by: his wife Rosaria; his sons, Mario (Anne), Gaetano (Judy) and Frank (Linda); his grandchildren, Julian, Cameron, Kayla, Fiona and Vivian; his siblings-in-law, Gabriel Gaudio (Luisa), Pietruzza Posteraro (Giovanni) and Franca Provenzano (Luigi); his cousin Lil; and his friend Luigi Runco.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel.
