With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Ian Aleksa (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), born in Sherbrooke, Québec, who passed away on June 9, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Matthew and Emily; the parent of his children Gabriele; his sisters, Suzanne (Richard) and Linda (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Ben, Jenn, Jessi (Andrew), Dan (Sarita), Beth (Eddy) and Ricky (Courtney); and his wife Gabriele Wiesen.
