He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Diverty and David Diverty; his brother Dan; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Sirman and David Field.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Jennifer (Phil Bradley) of Oakville and Brent (Pamela Hunt) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Kaeden, James, Emily, Julia and Matthew; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Field of Fruitland, Judy Conrod of Hamilton and Peter Sirman of Ancaster.
