“I was very saddened to hear of Vic’s passing. I worked with Vic at Revenue Canada in Winnipeg. He was one of the funniest guys I ever met and he always kept us laughing. He was very witty and told some of the best stories/jokes ever. He was very proud of his girls and was always bragging about them. He didn’t know how his wife Pat put up with him but I think anyone would have been proud to have him. Gone far too soon. RIP Vic. Thanks for the memories. From: Toni Carpenter”
