She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Chumko and John Chumko; and her siblings, Katherine Romanchok, Jessie Mazurkewycz, Nicholas, Michael and John Chumko.
She is survived by: her siblings, Emily Lambert, Minnesota and Sarnia; and her sister-in-law Helen Chumko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the restrictions of Covid19, a private family Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church with interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
