She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde; her mother Gladys Benson; and her brother Donald Benson. She is survived by: her children, Christine Martelle, Scott Elliott (Darlene), Tracy Elliott (Jenny) and Marnie MacKenzie (Ken); her grandchildren, Sabrina, Troy, Jesse, Dylan, Amber, Jessica and Aaron; her brother Bill Benson; and her siblings-in-law, Pauline Gardner and Gordon Elliott.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCormack Funeral Home (254 George St, Sarnia, ON N7T4P2). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery (1016 Colborne Rd, Sarnia, ON N7V3K7).
