He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Eric. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Bivand, Cindy Mohammed (Ashfaque) and Kim (Dave Christie); and his friends, Alex, Don and Peter. He is also survived by his niece and 3 nephews.
