He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gloria; his children, Mike (Clare), Carrie and Tim; his grandchildren, Tony, Kimberly, Jessica and David; and his siblings, Louise McBean (John) and Ron Gordon (Jennifer). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
