She is survived by: her wife Katelyn Hill; her children, Piper and Oak; her parents, Derek Duckworth and Cheryl Duckworth; her sisters, Cassandra Duckworth-Robb (Matt) and Rochelle Dickenson (Adam); her in-laws, David, Joan Hill, Jackie Belanger (Brent), Jordan Hill (Lindsay) and Elyse Hill; and her nieces and nephews, Holden, Avery, Hunter, Greyson, Charlotte, Blythe, Madeline and Gretchen. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy, friends who may wish, may send donations to Katie Hill in support of their children Piper and Oak's education fund (cheques made payable to Katie Hill).
