He is survived by: his wife Alida Catharina Miller (Scott); his children, Karen Gardner (Russ), Lori Swartz (Jason) and Stephen Miller (Kristy); his grandchildren, Courtney (Marco), Nicholas, Layla, Samantha (Cody) and Savannah; his great grandchildren, Ella, Irene and James; and his siblings, Diane Dodge, Jim Miller (Sheryl), Margie Burfield (Wally) and Ronnie Miller (Cheryl).
