She was predeceased by: her sister Audrey; and her husband Dr. William (Bill). She is survived by: her sister Florence; her children, Mark McLean (Norma), Laura Bruce (Ian) and Peter McLean (Kari); her grandchildren, Adam, Ryan, Rebecca, Kevin, Andrew, Amy, Mary, Drew and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Cassidy, Anna, Corbin, William, Elliot and Elijah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In honour of Pat's legacy and generosity to her community, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation would be graciously appreciated.
